[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

Xbox Series X. I am also having this issue. Gallery access is completely gone and I can't finish the event. Says "Online connection is required." All other online games work and Xbox Live status is online. I've reset the game, power cycled the console, reset my router, everything. Even wired in my Xbox, it's not my Internet.
