Also having this issue on PS4.
Additionally, gallery is not accessible. I can go to my library, but can't use the gallery. Game shows all signs of being online until I load in.
I haven’t tried the gallery yet even when I’m in one of my saves it wouldn’t let me claim anything hopefully they fix it before the events over or progress was for nothing
It’s like the gallery never existed on top of not being able to claim rewards and updated the game just now and nothing was fixed
I've noticed other threads saying they noticed it broke after the update today. What you're describing is exactly what I had
So I had mentioned that it showed being online until I load in, so my start menu was still working. I turned in the event from there and everything is working perfectly in live mode now. I don't know if accessing the event from a different screen did it, or if it was just a random glitch, but might be worth trying.
