Hey! I had the same issue recently. Even though it looked like my EA account was already linked, it actually wasn’t. I went into Game Options, then found the option to “Link EA Account” — I think it was under either “Sims Delivery” or “Other” (I can’t see it anymore now that it’s linked). Once I did that, everything worked! I could access my rewards and play normally again. I hope this helps!
