[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I cant collect my rewards. When I click claim all I pops up. "Online connection is required" please go online to save your event progress and receive rewards. 

I can go on the gallery.

I restarted my game then my console. I don't know what to do

Im on xbox I have all the packs

    Having the same problem.  Tried restarting router, clearing cash, hard restart, nothing works. Can’t access gallery, can’t claim event awards either.
