[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Can anyone help me? 
I play on console ( ps 4 ) and I can’t get on the gallery or get my rewards from the event because it keeps saying that online connection is required, my game was working perfectly fine yesterday.
