[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m connected to the internet, so I know that’s not a problem.

I am having a complete issue with this game. I have absolutely no gallery access. I can view my library and that is it.

I have reset the cache on PS4 five times. I’ve restarted my internet ten times. I have every single update. I had no mods of CC. I am at a complete loss.
