I've checked my internet connection multiple times and I'm connected but cannot claim any of the items starting with the Wooden Throne, I get a pop-up saying to reconnect to the internet to save event progress. I have the points to redeem several items but the game thinks I'm playing offline when I'm not.
Im getting the same thing on playstation after I just updated!
