Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but on Xbox I’m currently not able to access the gallery and the usual settings for the gallery that are in the settings menu don’t show up either. I’m connected to the internet, so I know that’s not a problem.
so as a console player who uses a family tree website for my sims 4, its hard for me to screenshot and upload photos via the console itself. so i upload to my sims 4 gallery profile screenshot on my laptop and do it that way as its easier for me. today i got on the sims 4 and not only am i now unable to upload anything to the gallery, im unable to view it aswell only on my console. is this a glitch? is there a reason, send help!
OKAY WAIT UPDATE!! I READ AROUND AND GO TO GAME OPTIONS, OTHER AND LINK EA ACCOUNT, RESTART YOUR GAME!!
