Despite being connected, the Sims is failing to connect to the internet which is preventing me from accessing the gallery as well as this weeks event. Sims team really need to resolve this ASAP. If I’m missing something, if someone from the community can let me know I’d appreciate it 🙌
Try linking your account to ea. Go to settings > Other > click link ea account > Save > then restart your game. It worked for me. Hope it does for you as well.
My game automatically restarts when I click the link EA account button it doesn’t give me an option to save afterwards I’m on an Xbox series S though so I don’t know if it might be different or what.
