Hi, I have been trying to collect my rewards from the event and it tells me that I can't because I'm currently offline which I'm not. I can't even access the gallery. Game still shows I'm playing offline my Internet is not the issue here. What can I do? Is this problem going to be solved with a new update? The previous update we had caused issues on my game
