You know how you can open the gallery in create-a-sim and build mode, and there are three different options at the top? Yeah, well those options aren't there, and I can only access my gallery stuff. I usually download house shells and furnish them for my new sims, but now I can't download anything because I don't have access to the gallery where people upload their lots and housholds. I cant even look at my own showcase. This is a problem I'm experiencing on two xboxes in my home, and it's a big problem since the two Sim players in my house (me included) always download lots to get started since we suck at making lots ourselves. I've already quit and re-opened the game, reset the Xbox, checked the internet connection, and downloaded the most recent update. Please help.
I’m having the same issue! I’m on ps4. This is SO frustrating!!!
ETA: My EA account was already linked, so that isn’t the issue. 🙄 (thanks to the commenter who mentioned that tho!)
