[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

Anyone on sims 4 on ps4 I'm  having problems claiming items when trying to claim items to complete quest I keep getting please go online to save your event progress and receive  rewards whats this mean and how do I claim my rewards first time this has happend to me can anyone help me

Im having the same problem. Can't collect the rewards from the event or make the wooden throne.
