I'm playing on PS5 and I'm participating in the Nature's Calling event. I’m logged into my EA account (my username is showing), I have a stable internet connection, and both the game and the console are up to date, but I keep getting the message "Internet connection required" when I try to claim the rewards. This has been happening since yesterday.
Also, I can access my library but not the gallery
I don’t know what to do because I’d like to make progress in the event, but I can’t if I don’t collect the rewards…
