As I was trying to claim my items from the “Natures Calling” event it kept claiming “online connection required - please go online to save your event progress and receive rewards.” I play on XBSX. I have ultimate game pass (it’s current). I can look at the “sims gallery online” in the save I’m in and on the main menu. It’s only this that I have problems with. I also get my “sims delivery notification every hour no problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
