[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I am trying to claim the nature's calling event rewards for this week on my PS5 but I keep getting an online notification and it won't allow me to claim any of the rewards I've recently unlocked. I've tried restarting my game and my console and even my router but it keeps giving me the same notice.

    Problem solved here. I went to EA site, on my cellphone, loged in, restarted the game on PS5. Just that.
