From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. Once this is accepted, you should be able to access the Gallery normally again.
If you're still having accessing the Gallery once you've tried this, please let me know!
I am still having issues. I go and link my ea account (which I have done several times) and the only thing that happens is the game restarts but nothing is fixed.
