[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I can no longer see anyone else's builds in the gallery . I tried to reconnect to ea but when I go into options and hit link. It just took me back to the main menu.
