[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I play on PS5 and I'm connected to the internet. Since yesterday's update, I can only open my library.  There's no option to open the gallery at all. I've restarted the game, and I've restarted the console and nothing has worked.  I've also made sure my game and console are updated.
