My game will not connect to online services. Its been like this for days. I am unable to claim the rewards for the natures calling event or to get onto the gallery. If anyone has any ideas of what to do please let me know.
I'm having the exact same issue on ps5. i've tried everything i can think to try, and that google suggested, but still can't get in. so frustrating because i want those sandals!!
okay actually i just saw another thread with the same issue where someone suggested unlinking and relinking your EA account, which when i went to do it just said link so i think there's a bug where people's EA accounts are being unlinked. once it linked it restarted and was fixed for me! hope this works for anyone else having this issue!
