[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I have done all these. It is still not working properly. I play on Xbox series x/s. 

Ive tried restarting the game as well. Nothing has changed ):
