[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I have been stuck on this challenge for a week because I can’t claim the wooden throne. I have full internet connection in game getting update notices constantly, but when I click on it I get a message saying I’m offline. This happened right after I updated the game with the new expansion pack. I’ve already restarted my game 5 times. I’m left with having to delete sims 4 completely and reinstall, but I have months of play time and achievements and I’ll have to restart the entire event again. Any advise or ideas how to fix this issue, without having to delete sims4?

    A mi me pasaba lo mismo, para solucionarlo, volví a vincular mi cuenta de EA desde Menú-Opciones de juego - Otros-Vincular cuenta 

    The same thing happened to me, to fix it, I re-linked my EA account from Menu-Game Options-Others-Link Account
