[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

Sul Sul! my PlayStation five says I’m connected to the Wi-Fi. I even put in a WLAN cable and I still can’t connect on the Sims four.  I’ve tried restarting my PlayStation on until the Sims and reinstalling it. I’m able to play online games just not the Sims four.
