So I hop on to play week 4 of the Natures Calling event and I went to claim my reward but it keeps giving me a pop up that online connection is required. I’m playing on XBox and I have checked that I’m connected to the Internet. I restarted the router, quit and went back into the game, restarted the XBox and even connected to a different WiFi and still the same thing. Is this a me issue or is anyone else having this issue? If you have any ideas as well please let me know.
I had the same issue. Go into the games settings while you're on the sims main menu and then go and link your ea account to your sims game. Then turn the system off and then turn it back on. That's what worked for me.
