Hi everyone,
Looking to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue or has a solution. I’m playing The Sims 4 on PS5, not PC, and I’ve run into a frustrating issue with the Nature’s Calling event.
Every time I attempt to claim a reward, a pop-up appears stating “Online connection is required.” However, there is no problem with my internet connection—WiFi status and strength are solid, and everything else online works perfectly on the PS5.
I’ve tried restarting the game, rebooting the console, and even reconnecting to the network, but the issue persists.
Would appreciate any insight or workarounds if someone’s encountered and resolved this before.

Same here all I have to do is make the toilet and then go on to the next scenario it's really frustrating us I can't deliver an item to complete a fable

same thing with me on Xbox one :/ I’m connected and everything but it’s showing me that pop up too.
