[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

The gallery hasn't been working. I went to search on the gallery but I can only access my library. The tabs to switch between the gallery and my library don't even appear. I've tried while in game and from manage worlds and still can't access the gallery.
