Every time I try to open up my gallery despite my Xbox being connected to the internet it keeps telling me that it won't be able to load it up and that it is not connected when I'm clearly able to access other games from game pass, I don't know why it's not working or why it keeps telling me it's not able to connect or that there's no internet when everything else is working fine.
I been getting a similar message when trying to claim my rewards for the event. I can't progress either since I need the reward to go through.
Having similar issues on Ps5 currently. I've done all trouble shooting methods and my internet connection is just fine.
Ok, so I just went to my settings and went to other and linked my EA account and it let me get my rewards. I'm on Playstation 4 hope this helps.
