[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I cannot collect my rewards for the event nature, it is saying, online connection is required, n I am fully connected, why cannot I collect my rewards?
