So I hop on to play week 4 of the Natures Calling event and I went to claim my reward but it keeps giving me a pop up that online connection is required. I’m playing on XBox and I have checked that I’m connected to the Internet. I restarted the router, quit and went back into the game, restarted the XBox and even connected to a different WiFi and still the same thing. Is this a me issue or is anyone else having this issue? If you have any ideas as well please let me know.
I was also having this issue but founding this thread helped me! I went in my settings, hit the button to connect ea account(already done this before) and now I'm able to claim the rewards after the prompted restart x
