[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Console player (Xbox).  Unable to claim rewards from “Natures Calling” Event because it claims I am offline.  Xbox is connected to internet and has been restarted, network connection shows good.  Game has been shut down and restarted.
