Everytime i try to claim an item on the nature is calling game its telling me there is no connection. I checked my wifi and everything is fine
Make sure you agree to updated terms of service, ive found it allows me to access online afterwards straight away.
Where is that done on console? I have a PS5 and am having the same issue as OP. I haven't been prompted to agree to any new t&c's

I have a similar issue where the content from the pack i bought Is missing whenever im not connected online. Even though I have great wifi the game still gets knocked offline but my PS4 doesn't.
I am currently having the same issue on PS4
