[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Can't claim event prizes or browse the gallery, claims I'm not connected to internet for the past few days.

Also my game crashes when in build mode and open the housing inventory.
