So, my sim has completed most of the event weeks so far. My sim has been able to claim all items except for the last week of items.
Every attempt to claim the items is met with the he pop up stating, “ONLINE CONNECTION REQUIRED, Please go online to save your Event progress and receive rewards.”
I have my EA account linked and my PS4 is connected to the internet. I have reset the game and the PS4 multiple times.
I typically focus on sims builds because playing with sims is a nightmare for reasons like this. Can’t find an answer anywhere online so decided to come here for some assistance.
