So I hop on to play week 4 of the Natures Calling event and I went to claim my reward but it keeps giving me a pop up that online connection is required. I’m playing on XBox and I have checked that I’m connected to the Internet. I restarted the router, quit and went back into the game, restarted the XBox and even connected to a different WiFi and still the same thing. Is this a me issue or is anyone else having this issue? If you have any ideas as well please let me know.
I have the same issue right now (Tue, Jul 22) I wasnt on sims 4 for about 3 days maybe and I get back on to do the Nature's Calling event and im completing task and go to collect the items I unlocked and its saying Online Connection is Required. I've restarted my Xbox One twice+ and I disconnected from the wifi but the game itself doesn't say anything about a online connection problem, just with the event.
