[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Hi so I downloaded the newest general update the other day, I play on PS4 btw, and now my gallery button has been replaced with "my library" and I can't access the gallery at all....

It's not a WiFi issue as I've checked and there's no more Sims updates I need to install.... Please help :(

 

Also my loading times are insane it takes forever. I've got plenty of room on my PS4 but it might just be just it's a bit older
