[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I have been trying to claim my wooden throne from the Natures calling event and it keeps telling me that an online connection is required. I have restarted the PlayStation and made sure my connection was good and connected. Still no luck. Can someone help please?
