Ever since every recent update from more than 10 days ago, I have been unable to claim the next reward ( for me it is the swimwear) and be able to move on to the next task. This is a very frustrating bug and is preventing me from engaging and playing in the event, that has only a limited time span of nine more days. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, and if an extension can be given on the event to make up for the missed time.

Not to mention that I have completely restarted my Xbox, I have restarted the TV, I have watched 30 minutes worth of YouTube videos on how to connect online (it was a waste of time) and nothing else has worked. I can confidently say that the connection issue is not on my end, nor has it been resolved. The error message displays as “ ONLINE CONNECTION IS REQUIRED, please go online to save your event, progress and receive rewards.”
I’m tired of this not being fixed yet.
I have been having the same issue and with 3 days being left it’s really stressful. Has anyone found a solution? I even cleared my reserved space and that didn’t work
