[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

My Community Library tab won't show up. I've tried restarting my PS. I've checked if I'm online, I've checked if my game is updated and everything is. 

But it just won't pop up. I can see my private library but the community one won't show up and I don't know what to do.
