Hey, I had the same problem with the Gallery, and I’m not sure if this will help, but I found out that I had parental controls enabled on my PS5, even though I never set them myself.
I’m not 100% sure if that was the cause, but after turning them off, the Gallery started working again! The names of the settings might be slightly different between PS4 and PS5, but here’s what I did:
1. Go to Settings
2. Then to Parental Controls
3. Choose PS4 Console Restrictions (I think that’s what it’s called)
4. Go to Parental Controls for New Users
5. Set the age level to “Don’t Restrict”
