Hi all,
From the main menu of The Sims, please head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. Once this is accepted, you should be able to claim your rewards normally again.
If you're still seeing this error and can't claim your rewards after trying this, please let us know!
So Solaire, i started up the Sims 4 on my PS5, thinking this would be the solution... And low and behold... THERE IS NO OPTION TO LINK MY EA ACCOUNT. Seen so many saying this was the fix but what if the option isn't there to link the account because we did it primarily when we FIRST played the game. I got tired of clicking load more for this post, and only made it to 14 days ago in the load more for this posts.
I have done everything, actually made my Internet company mad for redownloading the game 4 times. My PS5 account is already linked to my EA games account. I have restored the license agreement 3 times.
I am at a loss and about to just uninstall the Sims 4 for ever and just move on with my life and find some other game. This is to much crap to actually have to go online and search websites and forum posts every day to find a solution, or hope one is just magically came up with 4 months from now.
So no Solaire, that doesn't fix anything because I don't have the option to.
