[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I'm getting really mad with the games recent event the other events I've managed to get all the rewards this one is making me so angry now it's putting me of playing the game says online connection is required please fo online and save your event in progress  and receive  reward when saving nothing happing my Internet is fine as I've recet and everything  I've said in game mode and then when I'm trying to do one of the missions as well it's not letting me craft a throne because I have reached level 10 with my handiness and nothing sims needs to sort it out ASAP
