[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I had issues now with the game saying that I can't go online because I have no internet I tested the internet connection on my ps5 and it still won't connect to the internet like it won't show me the public gallery so I'm currently playing offline
