[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

I play on Xbox. I’ve had this bug for a week now but my game isn’t connecting to the internet when my console is, and it’s not letting me claim my rewards for the event. It also isn’t letting me use the gallery.

    I'm having the same issue its really irritating since I was almost through the entire event.
