[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

Hi all,

Please check that your EA account is linked and that the most recent terms and conditions have been accepted. From the main menu of The Sims, head into Game Options-> Other and select the Link EA Account button. From here, you'll be prompted to accept the updated terms and conditions. 

If you are still unable to claim your rewards or access the Gallery once you've tried this, please let me know what specific error message you're seeing.
