Hello, I am playing the new event and my prizes can't be claimed because it says I'm offline but I am, I can't play the game when I'm not connected to the internet. So I don't know why it says im offline.

I was having the same issue, but it’s referring to your EA Account. Go into settings and click log-in, then it should work!
