[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

My sims 4 can’t connect to WiFi my other games connect to WiFi just fine it’s just the sims 4 I can’t access the gallery or claim my event rewards and it says I have incomplete game data ? But I can get ads for packs and access the plantation store to buy a pack when I click on it so the WiFi is working. I have no idea what to do I’ve deleted the game and downloaded it again multiple times and checked my saved data and it’s up to date
