[XB/PS] Can't Claim event rewards/Connect to gallery/No Gallery

When I go to claim the rewards it says that I must be connected to the internet. I am connected to the internet and I've checked the settings and everything else. I should be able to claim them but n...

I tried to go to the gallery to download some new lots and the whole thing is just missing. I can see my Library with things that I downloaded in the past, but there's no way to look for anything new.

Where did the Gallery go??
