Every time when I go on my gallery on Sims, four, it freezes up my game even when I try to rebuild database, clear cache and even reinstall system software and also checking update on Sims four it’s still not working. It’s very difficult to play the game when every time when it’s a update it messes up something for the Console players please help ( I have a PS5 btw)
