This is exactly what keeps happening to my game on the Xbox series X I was able to play before the update to the marketplace and now I load in all my DLCs pop up like I just got them and when I go to my gallery to add tattoos on my Sims or even just add houses I like on the gallery I get stuck. I'd rather deal with Bethesda bugs that you can get around.
