So when I open the gallery it works normally until I select a lot to view then I can't do anything at all. Can't close out, view images, or basically interact with the page in any capacity. I've done...

Though my report got sorted into a different thread, this sounds way more like it. Im on XB1 and mostly play offline (cause the game wont load otherwise...another fun bug that has been going on for a long time now).
So I ran into this whenever I tried placing a household from my library in the world, in CAS and in worldmap, it gets stuck on the "viewing window" (where you can choose to place, delete, upload the household) and does not register any button input anymore (just the left stick).
This only happend after the latest update w the marketplace being added to console
Also I noticed its still sayin "gallery" though Im offline...before it would only say library when offline and gallery when online, dont know if that is related.
