Ps5 user here, and having similar issue except only with saved custom tattoos in my library.
As soon as I click into a saved custom tattoo, the game won’t let me do anything - I can’t click out and go bad to my library, I can’t apply the tattoo, I can’t even rename the tattoo if I wanted to. All I can do is force quit the game and restart.
